Firearms Licensing

Any resident of Holbrook who wishes to apply for either a license to carry firearms, or a FID card will have to see Officer Patrick Quinn who is the licensing officer for the department.
Ofc Quinn is assigned to the 4PM-12A shift, and can be reached during those hours. It is best to call before coming to the station to make arrangements with Ofc Quinn and to ensure he is working.
All applicants will be processed using the MIRCs system with fingerprints and photographs being obtained and processed electronically at the station.
