When requesting information from the department, please provide as much information as possible, to ensure an accurate response.

All requests for information will be treated with the utmost discretion.

A daytime phone number must be provided. All requestors will be notified by phone when thier information is available for pick-up.

Only that information which is allowed to be released in accordance with all applicable laws and standards will be released.

No reports will be released and/or sent via email.

The fee, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, is $5.00 per copy for report.

Requests
WIL NOT be processed until payment is received.

 Cash or checks made payable to "Town of Holbrook Police Department" will be accepted as methods of payments. If you do pay in cash EXACT CHANGE ONLY PLEASE. The Officer at the front desk does not have a cash register.

Requestors should expect a report to be ready in 1-3 weeks from the time of the request.

When requesting any report please be as specific as possible with respect to the type, content, and date of report or incident. This enables the report or information to be found in a timely manner.

The Holbrook Police Department is proud to provide this service to make the request for information more readily available to the public.
