Welcome to the Holbrook Police Department Electronic Information Request Center. This venue may be used to request copies of MV Accident reports, log entries, and narrative/incident reports. When requesting information from the department, provide as much information as possible, to ensure an accurate response. A daytime phone # must be provided to allow for any follow-up telephone calls to be made, and to ensure the requestor is notified that the respective information requested is or is not available. Only that information which is allowed to be released in accordance with all applicable laws and standards will be released. This venue will BE USED ONLY TO REQUEST the information, and no reports will be released and/or sent via email. The following fees, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, will apply for obtaining reports: MV Accident Reports: $5.00 Incident Reports : $1.00 p/page Log Entries : $1.00 p/page Payment for these reports will be expected when the requestor picks up the reports, and receipts will be enclosed with the requested material. Cash or checks made payable to "Town of Holbrook Police Department" will be accepted as methods of payments. Requestors should expect a report to be ready in 3-5 days from the time of the request. When requesting any report please be as specific as possible with respect to the type, content, and date of report or incident. This enables the report or information to be found in a timely manner. The Holbrook Police Department is proud to provide this service to make the request for information more readily available to the public.
